Do you ship internationally?

No, our products are only sold to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, are not sold to the other countries of world.

How about Delivery Time?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time - It differs from product to product. It is requested 2-6 business days to handcraft if there are no special circumstances. Please refer to a more accurate processing time noted under the product page add-to-cart button.

Shipping time - Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.
Where can I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it. Track your order via tracking link:

It's common that even when your parcel has been sent it will take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update online. Don't worry if no updates are showing to begin with, check back in a few days, have any question please feel free to contact us (contact@weprintme.com).
Tracking says my parcel has been delivered but I've not received it?

Sometimes parcels can be accidentally delivered to a neighbours house next door or left at a customers local post office. If this incident unfortunately happens to you, please contact with local post office immediately to check the location of your parcel.

Please note our shipping partner are able to inform us of the exact whereabouts and time each parcel arrives at a destination. If the evidence shows that a parcel was delivered successfully, but the customer states otherwise, we will try out best to come to a mutual agreement.

The satisfaction of every customer is our number one priority, so in some cases we may be willing to re-ship your order again at our expense.

How to take care of my jewelry?

Special Care For Gold And Silver Personalized Jewelry

All jewelry can eventually tarnish, but your best defense is to be vigilant and properly care for your items.

At WePrintMe, we recommend that you give your gold or silver jewelry a quick clean at the end of the day, using a soft cleaning cloth, to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear.

Once a week, we recommend a deeper clean.

All you need is water & liquid soap.

1) Mix 1/2 cup of warm water with a few squirts of mild liquid soap

2) Let your jewelry soak for three minutes

3) Remove your items & rinse with clean water

4) Allow the jewelry to dry

That's it!

Sterling silver jewelry deserves extra special care, so for these precious items we recommend a silver polish.You can purchase a quality silver cream at most jewelry stores, drug stores and even supermarkets.

How to place an order?

Placing an order on WePrintMe is very intuitive.

Once you have browsed the products through our catalogues, choose and click on the product you would like to order.

You will then be taken to a product page where you will find a lot of useful information such as product price, character limit, and dimensions.

Each product page will have a menu on the right hand side that will guide you in finalizing your personalization. Each box will give you the option to enter each part of your personalization. This may include choosing your material, writing your inscription (be sure to take note of character limits), choosing your birthstone or even deciding on your chain length. Once you have completed your personalization click, the ADD TO CART button and you will be redirected to your shopping cart ready for checkout.

Once you have arrived at the shopping cart you can confirm that all of your order details are correct. If you have a Promo Code this is the place to enter it to redeem the discount. You can find out more about how to use a coupon here.

Once you are satisfied with your order you may press the CONTINUE CHECKOUT button, which will take you to the contact information page.

Here you will fill out your basic contact details and then again click CONTINUE CHECKOUT.

The next page will be where you enter your payment & shipping information. Once you have successfully completed this page, you will be sent to a confirmation and thank you page and your order will be sent to production! You will also receive an order confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.
